Everyone is talking about USDA certification, but what does it really mean? For us, it means we take the time and care in every step of the production of our all natural, organic honey throat drops to ensure that we meet governmental safety standards.

That's the simple way to say it. What it legally means is producers of organic goods or agricultural products are required to adhere strictly to a set of production standards for growing, storage, processing, packaging and shipping of goods, with certification overseen by the government.

The commercial use of the term organic is legally restricted. It does NOT apply to all products that say "natural."
